Very organized and accommodation is great, the privilege cabin was really good.
Not enough beds around the pool and gets really busy, life guards are really not any use and very inconsistent with rules.

General cleanliness.Pool complex which was amazing and our grandchildren,who joined us for the week,loved it.Jeremy ...the manager...cycled to our pitch 20 minutes after we arrived to check all OK.A nice touch.
Showers need more hooks.Towel on one and 2 more for clothes.Try to manage with the existing ones and then decide. Camping pitches......we all love trees but 7 trees on a single pitch???? A mover is essential and even then some are impossible. Some filthy pig had allowed a dog to dump on the path to the campsite from the reception.It was there for 5 days and lots of people had obviously walked in it. Some staff need to slow down when driving around the site.

The showers were weak and hot water limited. The grass around the camping pitches and the hedges around the site were all unkempt. Why only have waste bins at the site entrance? We had to all a very long distance to get rid of our waste

We had an amazing stay here. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and amenities were excellent, the kids didn’t want to leave. The staff were fantastic, especially Brice who went above and beyond to accommodate us when ordering food and give us any advice we needed, nothing was too much trouble for him and the food was superb! Would highly recommend!

We loved the waterslides and pool. The waterslide was the reason we chose this resort and we weren't disappointed.
The bed in the cabin was not very comfortable. I was hoping for a proper bed rather than a cot style bed.

Overall a good place to stay, with good facilities and very polite staff.
Sandy and slightly dirty camping pitch and surrounding area. Difficult to keep anything clean or sand free. There are other pitches closer to the swimming pool area which although are also sandy, they are surrounded by tarmac paths, making life a little easier and less sandy. The photo of the pitch on the website shows a grassy pitch which I did not see anywhere at all!

Large spacious pitch with own water tap and waste water disposal
Sandy, dirty pitch with no hardstanding or tarmacked surrounding areas at all. Impossible to keep anything clean inside or outside of the plot. It made everything that much more difficult and frustrating.
