Excellent panoramic position with a view of the city and the Palio, and with the Chianti hills just behind it. Well connected with the city centre (2.5km) and the FFSS station (1.5km). The campsite was completely renovated in 2008. Wir waren vier Nächte auf dem Campingplatz. Das Personal war stets freundlich undwir haben uns auf unserem ausreichend großen Stellplatz wohl gefühlt. Das Restaurant hat eine abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte und wir sind dort mehrfach eingekehrt. Nach Siena gibt es eine sehr gute Busverbindung, die ca. alle 20 Minuten fährt.

De caravan stond het grootste gedeelte van de dag in de schaduw.
Een badmuts dragen in het zwembad en het was verboden om met een bal in het zwembad te spelen. In het zwembad spring mocht ook niet.

Makkelijk naar Siena. Lopend heen en met de bus terug. Ook de omgeving is erg mooi.
De vrouwelijke badmeester bij het zwembad heel snel vervangen voor iemand die weet met mensen om te gaan. De manier waarop zij met mensen omgaat kan echt niet. En dan nog ruzie maken over 2 bedjes die ze voor zichzelf geclaimd had met badgasten is echt beneden peil.

freundlicher Empfang, Restaurant und Bar waren sehr gut, Waschhäuser etwas in die Tage gekommen aber immer sauber, Bushaltestelle für Besuche in die Stadt nah am Campingplatz

Centraal gelegen in Toscane, dicht bij Siena en andere bezienswaardigheden.
Doordat het elke dag regende, werd ons plekje erg modderig. Meer gras of meer grind zou de afwatering kunnen verbeteren

Mooi beschutte plek onder de bomen, ruim van afmetingen. Veel waterkranen en afvalpunten in de directe omgeving. We hadden een gat bij onze standplaats en na een verzoek werd dit vrijwel direct opgevuld, hulde.
Het is een terrascamping, en dus is naar boven lopen vermoeiend, en rijden met caravan lastig vanwege steile stukken. De warmwatervoorziening is niet geweldig. Afwaswater wat lauw is, is niet goed. Van de douches fluctueert de watertemperatuur teveel, onprettig. De Wifi zou beter kunnen.
