Staff were very helpful whenever we needed anything and the pitches were nice and shaded.
Not the campsites fault but there were just so many flies so bring lots of repellent.

Having rubbish bins at the exit of the campsite is the only solusution to respect 100 m distance from pitches and avoid the noize of the trash collectors early in the morning. Reception owner was very pleasant spoke English and many other languages (Amazing) very informative bus stop a short walk straight into Lourdes centre and the Santaries (Grotto) campsite was very clean very peaceful ordered bread and croissant every morning to reception would highly recommend this site to tour Lourdes or as an overnight stop over if you are travelling on route to Spain
It had rained a lot so ground was very boggy but this is beyond the site owners control I’m sure they are sick and tired of the rain also.

Limited waste facilities - you have a 2 minute wlk off-sie to deposit rubbish. Grey waste are awkward to access, black waste a bit basic - but both adequate.
