Bei allem was nicht schön war hatten wir freundliches Personal
Mehr Infos zu geschlossenen Dingen. Es war signalisiert ganzjährig geöffnet…damit hatten wir verbunden zumindest das Schwimmbad und die Sportanlagen nutzen zu können. Aber Schwimmbad zu, Sportplatz abgeschlossen…damit war der Aufenthalt unbefriedigend!!!

- alle zusätzlichen Kosten: Bettwäsche? kostet zusätzlich Wifi? kostet zusätzlich Badekappe (weil obligatorisch im Pool)? kostet zusätzlich - teilweise war die Motivation/Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption etwas irritierend. - teilweise widersprechende Informationen zwischen a) verschiedenen Aushängen an Infoboards; b) der erhaltenen Information an der Rezeption (beispielsweise Fahrzeiten des Shuttles oder Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption)

es war sauber, genügend Raum für alle vorhanden, sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Die Wärmeeinstellung beim Wasser in der Dusche war teilweise etwas schwierig - mal war das Wasser heiss - ohne etwas an der Einstellung zu ändern dann wieder eiskalt und die Feineinstellung war wieder schwierig.

Questo villaggio è stato impeccabile , l’ordine e tutti i servizi disponibili. Nelle recensioni avevo letto che lo staff e la reciption si sono dimostrati poco cordiali invece abbiamo apprezzato la massima gentilezza alla reception e altrettanto di tutto lo staff del villaggio. L’animazione divertente e buona nonostante siamo stati nel periodo fuori stagione. La piscina pulitissima mai vista una piscina così pulita e i bagnini super gentili. Come alloggio abbiamo preso le casette mobili del villaggio, pulitissime e attrezzate bene addirittura le federe usa e getta per i cuscini.

sehr gut organisierter Campingplatz. Alles sehr Sauber, sehr Sicher ( 7/24 überwachter Parkplatz, Nachtwache im Campingplatz). Grosser, sehr schöner, sauberer Pool. Badekappenpflicht ist schnell vergessen... Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.
Ein kleiner Wehmutstropen ist der zum Camping gehörende Strandabschnitt. Ist leider sehr felsig und schlecht zugängig. Das Meer aber trotzdem sehr schön und sauber.

Das Mobilehome war bei der Übergabe tip top in Ordnung. Es hat alles funktioniert und es war sogar bereits gekühlt!
ev. 1-2 Tablare als Ablage wären schon hilfreich.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una casetta in muratura, ci siamo trovati benissimo. La piscina stupenda grande e soprattutto sempre pulitissima, ottimo anche il ristorante pizze veramente buone. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
Andrebbero rimodernate le casette.

Der Pool ist groß und top. Kurze Strecken, riesen supermarkt in der Nähe. Busshuttle nach Gallipoli super.
Email Kommunikation vorab sehr schwierig (zum teil keine Antwort, fehlerhafte links), bei Ankunft wird einem nichts erklärt (was ist wo...), die Animateure wirkten zum Teil sehr unmotiviert und dass beim Fußball den deutschen Kindern gegenüber der hitlergruß ( von der Animateurin !) Gemacht wird, fand ich sehr unpassend!

Im Haus war ein riesen Kühlschrank, sehr praktisch. Klimaanlage sehr gut, Ausstattung Küche ok, Bett bequem
durchs offene badfenster kamen viele Mücken, aus einer Steckdose Ameisen.

Piazzole ampie riparate da teli ombreggianti, bagni puliti, bravi i ragazzi dell'animazione, piscina grande e con molto spazio sotto le palme dove stare all'ombra, sicurezza sempre presente anche di notte con ronde periodiche, accesso alla spiaggia direttamente dal campeggio, dieci giorni trascorsi piacevolmente
La spiaggia non è bellissima ma il mare è pienissimo di pesci ed è un paradiso dello snorkeling. Alla reception mi hanno liquidato sui servizi dicendo di inquadrare il qrcode che rimanda al sito internet, peccato che li il cellulare prende pochissimo, allora sono tornata e mi sono almeno fatta stampare una piantina del campeggio anche se mi hanno ribadito che bastava inquadrare il qrcode. Non tutti poi amano dover cercare le cose sul cellulare, spendere qualche parola in più a spiegare i servizi e fornire un foglio stampato con cartina e due indicazioni utili sarebbe una coccola in più!
