Camping and Caravanning Playa de Oyambre is located in the Natural Park Oyambre, one of the most beautiful places in Cantabria. A short distance from the beach (15 minute walk), in a wonderful landscape with splendid views of the Picos de Europa, is the ideal place to use as a basis for numerous hikes or day trips to places like Potes, The Picos de Europa, Cares... route, Covadonga, etc.

The friendly and helpful staff at reception. The spotless toilets and showers, ( it rained a lot but they were kept constantly clean). Lovely situation, as in a nice 20 minute stroll to the unspoilt beach. Nice pools.
A small gripe - many of the plastic lounge chairs around the pool were split.

What was not to love about Camping Playa de Oyambre. Lovely staff at Reception, Shop, cafeteria, Swimming Pool and shower toilet block, always being cleaned by your lovely ladies. Beautiful launderette, table tennis and for our dog, a walk area second to none with beautiful views of the beach and a great dog wash. Thank you we will be back.

You couldn’t wish for more. The site has everything, restaurant, pool, vvvv clean facilities. Awesome members of staff. The pitches (we had a twin axle caravan) was fully serviced. Large enough for an awning the caravan and car. The area we were parked is tight, you deffo need motor movers!!! We have no children, burg there seems to be plenty for them to do. We have a dog (Labrador) the site has its own huge dog walking field. The beach is 20 mins walk. Stunning beach! Great restaurant. All very happy. Would stay again.

Easy to book on line and pay a deposit, friendly welcome with the personal touch of being shown to our pitch. Very clean and comprehensive set of facilities, loved the cafe/restaurant and shop the later with lovely local foods. The site is close to the beach and the town of Comillas. Loved using the swimming pool and used the bar to watch the Euros football.

Pitch size was ample. Cleanliness of the facilities impeccable. Restaurant and Bar excellent. Great portions and very reasonable. Local beers also available. Pools were also very clean with plenty of sun bathing areas. Kids play area and dog area while owners are swimming a great idea. Small shop on site.

First time in Spain and made to feel very welcomed. Site staff could not do anymore to help. Site spot on although little walk to chemical point (just don’t overfill). Dogs made to feel welcome and not tolerate - dog bowls around building, treats given at restaurant and separate dog field for running. Great way to start (or end) a holiday
