We loved our first visit to La Bollee d'Air. Chalet caravan was excellent. Facilites were great -particularly enjoyed swimming pool and games areas. Bar and evening entertainments were very good. Snack bar was very good.

The pool was nice. Pitches large and shady. €15 booking fee excessive. Office hours not always as advertised.
The road noise. Confirmation email said arrive after 12. Office shut from 12-3pm. No waiting area inside so had to wait 3 hours outside. Someone saw us arrive but didn't offer to open the barrier to let us in. Poor. They "lost" our €20 deposit for the gate fob so have us someone else's! Probably an admin error but worrying.

We moved on earlier because we were plagued with gnats it was very unpleasant.

Les emplacements du camping sont spacieux. Le camping est situé dans un coin assez calme de Saint-Vincent-sur-Jard et pas très loin des plages et des communes environnantes (Jard, Longeville).
L'eau de la piscine extérieure n'était pas chauffée. Le restaurant et la supérette était fermée. Pas de dépôt de pain. Peu de documentation de disponible à l'accueil pour découvrir les lieux aux alentours.

Les lits étaient très confortables. Le mobile-home était sobre mais complet et bien équipé (bon rapport qualité-prix)
Le micro ondes n'est pas assez puissant. Une bouilloire électrique aurait été plus utile qu'une cafetière. Le sol était un peu encrassé à notre arrivé.

Locatif est bien. Il y avait des activités les deux premières semaines avec des animatrices au top. Personnel féminin souriante et aimable tout au long du séjour et polie. Les animatrices étaient parfaitement dans leur élément, proche des gens, à l' écoute et animent très bien les soirées et autres activités.
Le changement de directeur a joué sur l ambiance du camping. Le personnel masculin est beaucoup moins souriant et polie que son homologue féminin. Les extérieurs autour des bungalows pourraient être mieux entretenu.
